Surpassing your expectations
In cosmetically demanding situations we may recommend that you have an all-ceramic (or 'metal-free' crown or bridge.
All-ceramic crowns and bridges are made from zirconium oxide (zirconia) or Alumina (Aluminium Oxide). These are ceramic materials similar to the natural ceramic of your normal teeth. Once fitted the restorations have such a natural appearance that they can hardly be distinguished from your natural teeth.
All-ceramic crowns and bridges allow the light to shine through restorations just like your normal teeth. The zirconia or Alumina framework is coloured to match the individual colour of your teeth before the fine layers of veneer ceramic are applied to it. In this way the colour and translucency of your own teeth are imitated to the very core. With every smile All-ceramic crowns and bridges will show their natural beauty without ever being noticed. |
